How do I receive my download?
After payment, you’ll be redirected to a download page and your file will start automatically. If your browser blocks it, you can click the download button shown on the page.
Will I receive an email as well?
Yes — you’ll receive your Stripe receipt/invoice, and we also send a backup email containing your download link so you can access it again later.
What if I don’t receive the download email?
Downloads are sent to the email address used at checkout. If you paid using Apple Pay, saved browser details, or a Stripe account, this email may be different to the one you later contact us from.
Please check all inboxes you use (including spam/junk folders) and search for emails from TrackFleet.
What if nothing downloads?
Use the download button on the thank-you page or open the link from your email. If you’re still stuck, email andy@trackfleet.uk with the email address used at checkout and we’ll resend access promptly.
What if I buy more than one pack?
Each purchase is handled separately. You’ll receive download access for each item, even if they’re bought one after the other.
