1. Introduction
These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) outline the responsibilities and expectations for approved affiliates (“Partner”) participating in the TrackFleet Affiliate Program, operated by TrackFleet UK.
2. Eligibility
Partners must be approved by TrackFleet before sharing referral links or promotional materials. Approval is discretionary and may be withdrawn at any time if terms are breached.
3. Referral Process
- Partners will receive a unique referral link or code (e.g. ?ref=name).
- A referral is credited when a new customer purchases a TrackFleet licence using that link or code within 30 days of first visit.
- TrackFleet tracks referrals via system records and GA4 analytics data.
4. Commission & Payments
- Standard commission is 10% of the licence sale value (excluding VAT).
- A £50 bonus applies for every 5 verified referrals within a 3-month period.
- Payments are made monthly via bank transfer or PayPal after verification of completed transactions.
- Commissions are payable only once payment has been received in full from the referred customer.
5. Partner Responsibilities
- Partners must represent TrackFleet accurately and professionally at all times.
- Misleading claims, spam marketing, or unapproved advertising are prohibited.
- Partners may not impersonate TrackFleet, create false reviews, or misrepresent product features.
- Partners agree not to use paid search advertising (e.g. Google Ads) targeting TrackFleet’s brand name without written consent.
6. Materials & Branding
TrackFleet may provide promotional materials, logos, and resources for approved partners. All use of TrackFleet’s name, logo, or content must comply with current branding guidelines and may be revoked at any time.
7. Termination
TrackFleet reserves the right to terminate or suspend any partnership without notice for breach of these terms or for activity deemed detrimental to the brand or its reputation.
8. Limitation of Liability
TrackFleet shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program. The total liability under this agreement shall not exceed the total commission paid to the Partner.
9. Data Protection
TrackFleet complies with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. Partner contact details are used solely for managing the affiliate relationship and will not be shared or sold to third parties.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
